Our Story
Welcome to The Little Flower Shop, a boutique florist nestled in the heart of Allora, created for people who love meaningful flowers, thoughtful gifting, and supporting local.
I’m Jacinta Lax, florist, stylist, and the founder behind both The Little Flower Shop and Lace & Barrel. After more than a decade designing weddings and events across the Darling Downs, opening a flower shop in my hometown felt like a natural next chapter, one rooted in community, creativity, and connection.
At The Little Flower Shop, flowers aren’t just pretty. They’re storytellers. They celebrate milestones, soften hard days, mark new beginnings, and say the things words sometimes can’t. Every arrangement is designed with care, using fresh, seasonal blooms and an eye for colour, texture, and feeling, not just form.
I’m proud to bring beautiful florals to an area of the Darling Downs that’s often overlooked. Whether you’re sending love, congratulations, sympathy, or a simple “thinking of you,” my goal is to make ordering flowers easy, personal, and genuinely joyful.
